Psilocybin helps depression

Anything that can alter our perception to give us a deeper understanding of ourselves can give us some enlightening insight.
Even a bad trip can afterwards be looked at as a positive experience.
To look at oneself and the world around them from a deeper and different perspective, wheather we look inwardly or outwardly gives us appreciation.
So much noise in the world, there is a reason we can feel more calmer and humbled by a quite space at home or in nature. Is it healing!

I believe there are no bad trips,

Just DIFFICULT Trips that take a bit more to intagrate ,,

I believe if you stop using the TERM "BAD TRIP "in your head/Thinking ... that this will help you avoid more of the Difficult trips .

Good luck intagrating any difficult trips

I have found phenethylamines (mescaline and 2C-B, at least) to be much more clearly antidepressant by themselves. This doesn't necessarily imply they will help more, just that the antidepressant effect inherent to the substance seems much stronger. Of course, there's more to alleviating depression or low moods than direct antidepressant effects.
