Q21 miss-hap, too much vinegar and water

the other day a foaf
was testing out his first ever mX/hX/rX/bX/ extraction using Q21's vinegar and limo tek.
this fellow mixed 100ml of white distilled vinegar to 50g of finely powdered Root Bark and stirred vigorously. then added 100ml near boiling distilled h20 and more occasional stirring over 40 mins, then 37.5g of E.S.V. brand calcium hydroxide was added.

this is when the foaf realized he should have either started with 100g of root bark or used half the volume of the vinegar and h20.
ROOKIE mistake, at last min he though that less rb would be a better amount to start with. but followed the tek as per 100g of rb any how, silly indeed,
what should this foaf do?
will more calcium hydroxide be needed?
if 37.5g more calcium hydroxide were to be added would foaf be able to do a successful limo pull on the material?
even though the ammounts of (vinegar : h20 : calcuim hydroxide) are ratio-ed for 100g instead of 50??

i couldnt find this info using the search tool, sorry if this is a unneeded thread

I'm far from an expert, but I would allow it to first dry out for a day or too by a fan. I am betting this mix is fairly watery.

After that, I would up the CaOH to 75g or so (so yes, add 37.5g). I would allow it to sit and basify for an hour or more (although probably not required, I find I get higher yields with first pulls when I do this.) Then do naptha pulls as normal. I think you'll be alright.
