Quartz crystals and seeing sound while tripping

I had an experience the other day where I was tripping on 6 grams of mushrooms and I could see the vibrations emanating off of my crystals, mostly the clear and rose quartz but there was really an aura around all of my stones. Was wondering if anyone else enjoys playing with crystals while tripping
Singing bowls, too. Whats funny is that I could see the sound vibrating off of my small singing bowl and it appeared to be green. Later I find out that the tone of my bowl resonates with the heart chakra which also resonates with the vibration of the color green!

oh man I have a melon sized cherry quartz ball right here in front of me as I type this..spent the last 3 hours crawling around in the dark scrying into that thing..ayahuasca and crystals should just go without saying.

One time early on in my adventures, I was listening to the 528 Hz ancient solfeggio tone while I was in hyperspace which I could tell was keeping the geometry in a set pattern because as soon as the tone stopped, they all went slack. I discovered a few days later that the pattern that I was seeing was the identical to the cymatic representation of 528 Hz as seen in a cymatoscope (not sure if that's exactly what it's called) or likewise in cymatic experiments with salt/sand/whatever.

No. I looked it up just now, and my spelling was just a bit off. It's called a "cymascope" and unlike the cymatic plate which I believe works through analogue transduction, the cymascope creates digitized representations.

I surrond myself with crystals every day but when im tripping i feel their energies and connect with them more. Much like i connect with humans on a deeper level when tripping.

Sound/light rules!
Those in the know don't know the mechanism but instinctively know that the two are connected.
One day, much like Faraday discovering the relationship between electricity and magnetism - some 14 year uberminschk taking research chemicals in their fathers shed is comprehending the sound/light relationship as it applies to human perception in altered states; Hopefully they find their James Clark Maxwell.

What a lovely old thread. I must've missed (or dismissed) this back in the day. I wish the OP was still around, my experience mirrors theirs (even the initial color of the singing bowl's fields being green). It gets weirder the deeper you go.

It's oddly well established that the microtubules which fill our neural cells vibrate phononically, even up to an extremely high frequency range that overlaps that of the phononic resonance seen in quartz - the most commonly used resonator on the planet, which our ancestors were universally infatuated with for its supposed highly energetic properties (It's honestly surprising the hippies haven't jumped on this data. Even a Google searche's AI overview confirms the overlapping phononic range, so it's not exactly hard to find)
