question cactus ID and mesc extraction with buy chips

Hello! I'm looking forward to try an extraction following the 69ron's d-limo tek..
I found this t. peruvians, but as I saw on this forum before there is a chance that they aren't peruvians..
I'm not an expert at all, so I post 2 pictures hoping one of you could have a look and recognize the ID.

Also, can anyone explain me which is the difference between extracting from whole live cacti like that and from the chips you can find on internet i.e. here ?
From a money view seems to my calculates a lot more convenient to get the internet chips..
What do you think?

two strong doses worth approximately

Using fresh cactus is preferred. There seems to be more going on. More "spirit", if you will.
