Red Wine Recommendations (for Blue Lotus)?

From what I've read, it would seem that you get the most bang for your buck with Blue Lotus by seeping it in red wine for 3-4 days.

I'm a beer drinker. I have no clue what makes for a good red wine. Do you fellows have any recommendations?

I use a Blue Lotus 200:1/200x extract. A reddish brown dry but sticky floral smelling and tasting powder.
Nuciferine and Apomorphine.

Though steeping in alcohol is an extraction method, and consuming it with ethanol has it's own synergy.
