Smoalking outside

Finally got the 5 and would like my first time to be outside. if you want to smoalk outdoors but live in an apartment or house surrounded by neighbors, how do you go about scouting a location? Do you go do a pre scan first?
We were flippant about it in my teens, smoalking at a public park with people around, getting approached by strangers while one of us was in hyperspace.

I’m certainly never making that mistake again, especially with 5. I’m scared of the 5 though. I don’t want to be so far out in the wilderness that emergency services would be an hour away, or phone signal is gone, just in case. Sitters will be present which I think will be sufficient, but I don’t want any worries in the back of my mind.

Do you go do a pre scan of a nature preserve, conservation land, etc. and look for a spot? If you find the spot days in advance and go there for liftoff and find people in your predetermined spot on blastoff day, do you write off the whole thing and go another day?
What are your stipulations, tips, or guidelines? I’m not married to the idea of having the earth beneath my feet but the weather sure is nice right now and it just sounds right.

Thoughts of possible emergency service help in your head does not seem like a good place to be setting off from. If you're dead set on being outside, I would just accept the minimal risk, go somewhere secluded where you will not be disturbed, and blast off, or take a friend to sit with you.
If this seems too worrying, then I would suggest that being somewhere private and secure where help could be easily received would be best, and that means inside, from the sounds of your situation.
Risk is part of life, and embracing it, rather than trying to eliminate, whilst still being sensible, I find is a far more enjoyable way to live.
I would go faar into nature, meditate for a while, take my courage in both hands and blast right off.

This is the way I prefer to go. As far away from people as possible, bring a blanket and pillow with you, lie down comfortably, and then vape.
Blast off far away from water or hills. It's best to go at least 50 miles away from the city for a good trip.
Tripping in an apartment sucks. It's the worst option ever, just like tripping in public places. Go out into Mother Nature and enjoy!
