look i agree some were a bit harsh here at first..but seriously..what did you expect? As 3rdI said, if you would have made the OP like you're other post (#27) you could have avoided much of this right off the bat

its the lack of humility in you're posts that most people seem to have a big problem with.. that and this thread comes off as another case of jesus-syndrome..especially since you're reply to elijah indicates you seem to think you're some sort of reincarnated prophet. Do you seriously think that this doesn't warrant a bit of alarm on the part of the community?

A lack of humility + an inability to understand the perspective of others + thinking you're some sort of reincarnated prophet is a recipe for disaster my friend. I wish you would understand why we are a bit concerned here

i'm interested in what you have to say about entering dmt-states sober, since this is something that i and many others can do as well to differing degrees..but the way you're going about all this just makes any sort of productive discussion impossible

also i hope you take note of what Dreamer said:
"It's prudent to be wary of stating "this WILL happen". It tends to come across better if you frame it as "this is my experience and my take on it".

The methodology of this topic is something that I will experiment on.

Sometimes trippers like us meet people who are new-age high and mighty who say "you don't need drugs. meditate". I'm usually like "hey, meditaion is awesome....it does not do what dmt does." If your tek, the Maxx DmT-free hyperspace Tek works, I'll happily be proven wrong.

And the electro magnet field right around your body...meditating on physical sensation...

Okay, I'll try.

People are only griping about your style. Nexus seems a bit strict about the scientific approach. If you played by the rules, you could have communicated all of this, without backlash. Nexus has a bit of a wedjie, but the wedjie works for them....I won't judge the wedjie, nor shall I judge the crazy maxx guy and his friend the biblical prophet.

Sorry about the "wedjie" comment.....The nexus is awesome. A little uptight. Still, I love it for what it is. But it is a community made up of all of it's people. We hold all sorts of different takes on "reality". The nexus to me, reminds me of the way my friends always are......I love a given friend so much, for the very same thing that also annoys me. The friend who has boyish charm--but also annoys 'cos he'll never grow up. That's the nexus--you got a wedjie, but that up-tightness is also cool, in a way. It's good to sanity-check us wackos! Personally, I'll try and offer a cautious warning to the crazies....But I'll let the sanity leash have some slack. The crazies, they, I mean we, we come up with a lot of the best ideas. You sane ones, I mean US sane ones, you do you're part well.

Seriously though, as soon as anyone comes up with a verified formula for sanity or reality, please post it, and make it a sticky--cause all of us, and that means YOU, are basically clueless.

I've just learned to accept that if I want anything than the good ol' cut-and-dry, post-your-source, absolute attitude... I ought to just go somewhere with more cooperative and creative company (the prickly attitude brings out my own hardnosed side, which is very mean). Regardless, I do agree, it's important to have a reality (non-reality?) check at times... moderation is indeed key. The Nexus seems concerned with possible liability, so I can understand the tendency of some to temper those who seem empassioned, regardless of how it may hurt people. Folks are only doing what seems right, and who's to judge whether it really is?

As they say, the truth usually lies between either side.

Us humans and our interactions.. Tiny gods dreaming awake, planting seeds into eachothers minds to blossom into flowers, on a blue pixel surrounded by alot of black pixels. It's just utterly fascinating and I wouldn't have it any other way. <3

I don't care how anyone perceived my approach to this thread. It got a spark fired up, and that was the plan. If I came straight out with post #27, why, this wouldn't have gotten any attention at all. How do I know that? I wrote the EXACT same words in at LEAST five other threads and NO ONE has responded to it. Isn't that interesting? But throw a monkey wrench into the machinery of Herd Mentality and the sheep start to question EVERYTHING . . . . . . . . .

There is a method behind my madness, I can assure you of that.

The people of the Nexus--but by no means all of you--have thrown away what could have been a pretty grand gift of an open, HONEST exchange of new ideas and evolving old ideas. But since the fevered egos IMMEDIATELY cut me down with UNFOUNDED and UNEDUCATED JUDGEMENT, I fade away until such a time that I feel the good people at the Nexus have evolved a keen sense humor and are able to laugh not only with me, but at themselves.

The Maxx your responses to our concern have been all fevered, you have hardly made an attempt to help us understand you without displaying your anger at us for what you perceive as ridicule and ignorance. In this thread and at least one more I know of you have lost your cool, there is no need for that, respect is always earned. At no point have I ridiculed you, in fact I see things from your side, but with responses like the ones you have displayed it is obvious why some people wont wish to stand on your level with this. It is sad to hear you say these things about leaving the Nexus over petty squabbles. I feel like you should reconsider, and perhaps we can make an attempt at turning this into a decent disscussiin.
 
The Maxx, if you care to discuss the details of your experience I am very interested. You discussed your method for achieving the experience, but I am curious to the nature of the experience to see how it compares with DMT-induced breakthroughs. How far into hyperspace did you get? How long did the experience last? What did you experience along the way?

I have not seen your previous posts regarding this topic (is there a thread for breakthroughs w/out DMT that I missed?), but if you can point me towards them I am happy to read them. I'll try looking through your previous posts for now.

The trick is to meditate on objective physical sensation. Paying attention to physical sensation is paying attention to energetic sensation. Being awake to oneself and one's surroundings increases the intensity of the impressions so that they affect the spin of the electrons that are present in the nervous system. In this context, being awake means being aware of one's own self while at the same time absorbing impressions from the outside. The increase in spin and enrichment of the complexity of the pattern of being that results brings more and more form to the radiant body.

A part of the electromagnetic field that fills the nervous system rests a few centimeters above the skin, outside of the body. This field is an organ just like the heart or the brain. It is in quantum superposition, the electrons effectively everywhere in the universe and nowhere specific. It may be imprinted by information from anywhere and any time. With it, you may see other worlds, you may see the past and the future, you may see into the lives of those around you.

However, the process of imprinting itself causes the organ to cease to be in superposition and thus to cease to be accessible to further imprinting. The ability to control this organ can be developed. Many practices will work, but the best is to meditate in such a way that the mind is concentrated on physical sensation. This relieves the pressure of impressions incoming from the physical world on the electromagnetic body that enables it to expand.

You must be able to watch and not watch at the same time. When you learn this, it will stay in superposition even as you take the imagery that it is receiving into your brain and process it.

This is opening the third eye. The nervous system delivers these impressions to the area of the brain closest to the pineal gland, which is where this organ is centered. Objective sensation is consciousness. You are within life, but not entirely absorbed in life.

I'm not very familiar with meditation practices, but this sounds very familiar to a few meditation practices I've been walked through (Tai Chi was maybe one of them). Do you have any additional tips to help clarify the technique? Also, have you been able to repeat this technique with success yet?

I've noticed a definite change in "energy" or "consciousness" or "whatever it is" after some strong breakthroughs that resulted in CEVs being present for a few weeks and meditation would certainly make them clearer. I didn't have a breakthrough experience, but don't have much experience with meditation. You mentioned you had an all-night pharma-changa session on October 18th and then on the 19th you had this experience. Do you believe this could be a factor in your experience? If so I think this is still incredible news.

edit: also does anybody have links to these discussions of non-DMT induced breakthroughs? Not quite sure where to begin a search. I recall URBY was one member who may have reported such an experience, but from memory it was lacking a detailed trip report. The number 13 was also mentioned by URBY as having some significance. Thanks for any help.

If humbleness was no part of your epiphany then it must have been a heavy episode of megalomania.
You remind me so much of my friend, who's also lost his sanity. He personally is obsessed with the
number 9. I don't see the significance of 9 as much as he does, to say it softly. Nor do I see the
spiritual significance of 13, or any other number for that matter.

If your insights were sincere and valuable than you WOULD be straightforward about how to get to Spice-
realms without the use of spice. Where are the step by step instructions? Where is the detailed report
about your experiences of doing so? By being so vague you create the image of a megalomaniac trying his/
her best at convincing others of their supriority.

You're not really comming across as an enlightened person who wishes to share with and teach others.
Right now you more sort of come across like a delusional megalomaniac who claims to have a superior
connection with/understanding of the Spiritual realm. Few people like the self-imposed spiritual gurus.
I am no exception. Also I notice you're remarkably rude to people who question the validity of your
experiences & insights....


Why...Don't you ever question the validity of your own insights & ideas? Don't you see how dangerous
it is not to? Don't ever let your ideas & insights be immune to criticism!
The keyword is once again Humbleness. If you are humble it isn't difficult to consider your ideas &
insights to possibly be wrong. If you have a very high perception of yourself this may become difficult.

If you want to share spiritual experiences and insights do so as an equal and be clear &
straightforward about it. Don't be condescending. Don't be vague. Don't be offended when
criticised.
Otherwise don't be surprised if you are poorly received.

I find it fascinating all the responses to The Maxx, projecting their own individuated awareness upon him and his experiences. (My apologies if he is a she)

You cannot see in another what you do not contain within yourself. All your projections of concern, judgement, arrogance, ridicule, megalomania, delusion, condescension, support, encouragement, curiosity etc. Are all qualities within yourself which you are perhaps afraid/hopeful will come to the surface in your own lives as you explore with this sacred medicine.

The only thing you should have for him is compassion and an understanding that he is learning exactly what he needs to learn in order to heal, and evolve. Celebrate the unique perception of a facet of Universal Consciousness. Perhaps he is a Wayshower, and you are being offered an opportunity to expand and evolve in your own awareness.

Who are any of you to claim that his experiences and insights are not truth? They are true for him and that is all that counts. To thine own Self be true. Look at all the attempts to force or nudge him back into consensus reality, which is naught but illusion anyway. Trying to tell someone the "way it is" when none of us have any idea at all, is in itself the height of arrogance.

Everything is changing. Something Very Big is Happening. You can choose to stay stuck believing you are your experiences and thus reacting to life in an unconscious way, or you can let it all go, live consciously, and find out who you truly are...

And who are you to say that he is not delusional? The first post in this thread clearly makes no sense.

It might be unfortunate to say, but until now ZERO prophecies with substance use has ever been proven to come true. On the other hand, it is well known that certain people are susceptible for delusions and that psychedelics (and medicine) can enhance this in a bad way.

So now I ask you, what is more likely if you see a post like the first one in this thread:

1) This person has a real prophecy or...
2) The person who has written it is delusional

It would actually be very rude and completely not compassionate to just let this take it's run where the person involved ends up in a very bad way. Just letting it flow is like watching an accident happen that you can prevent and you are doing nothing about it since "he is learning exactly what he needs".

We have to take responsibility here and I stand by my point that what was written in the first post is alarming and we should react to that.

There's been a few times in my life where i've lost touch with reality due to psychadelic use. For me it wasn't necessarily a bad thing. They were some of my most life changing experiences and eventually I was able to snap out of them. And learn from them of course. The Maxx, if you ever want to talk about your experiences with someone who isn't judgmental and who could maybe even provide you with valuable insight hit me up. To the rest of you guys, if you want to be able to get into dmt land the easiest way to do it without drugs is to meditate. Not just any kind of meditation, chakra meditation followed by deep levels of trance state.
 
Rest assured that The Maxx is alive and well and very possibly more sane than the rest of us...
