The portal to other worlds is still open; smells like trouble

Migrated topic.
And to think that he actually integrated over time without visiting a shaman, hiring an exorcist or sacrificing a family of chickens.

This just goes to show you, people - taking the flakiest option at your disposal isn't always the way to go. Sometimes just not tripping for awhile is actually the answer.

Go figure.

Glad youre feeling better.

Natural ways to promote sleep include:

1.vigorous exercise 3-4 hours before sleep time;
2.warm bath 1-2 hours before sleep time;
3.Glass of warm milk prior to sleep (not just an old wives tale!)
4.Lavender fumes.

Unnatural but effective short-term method to promote sleep: MOGADON :)

Thank you all for caring and the kindness you show, that's really healing.
I'm sensing the lucid dreaming issue is fading away on itself too, last night I was lucid dreaming all the time too but couldn't remember the details when I woke up as I could before, this is a good sign.

Apart from this there's something I'm very curious about:
Do I have to keep away from psychedelics forever?
Recently as I'm healing there's this urge in me to try something again, not DMT, but something milder like Mescaline or HBWR seeds, just I fear the symptoms return again and make me sorry. when I smoke Cannabis it's not like the way it was before I tried DMT anymore, It's a different experience, it's trippy with somewhat clear CEVs but in a different palette of colours (Not pleasant), I'm sure if I try anything else (say Mescaline) it'll be different too for sure, DMT changed me forever.

only you can answer that..
but if hallucinating is always unpleasant for you, then psychedelics just aren't for you

If i were you, i'd at least wait until i was done coughing up water before jumping back into the ocean again

and start off with VERY small doses if that day comes when you genuinely feel ready

please be safe

good luck man

Eranik, please do not go straight into taking psychedelics again, even if they are "softer". You had some very troubling long lasting psychological experience very recently.... Take time dedicating to your daily life, take at least a couple of months off for gaining some perspective on this.

At least thats what I suggest. In any case good luck with your path, whatever it is.

Eranik, I'm so happy to hear that you are feeling better. You sound like you are in much better shape.

I'd stay away from all drugs for awhile if possible. It sounds like you were sort of tripping for a long time anyway. Normal brain chemistry (whatever that is) is a psychedelic drug trip in itself, in my opinion. LOTS of visuals! Every time you open your eyes! You have gained a lot of perspective on how different realities can be from one to the next. Why not take awhile and use those perspectives to have an unaided (straight) trip?

On sleep problems: Where you on antidepressants? Sudden SSRI discontinuation can cause a lot of withdrawal effects including anxiety and insomnia. So maybe you are experiencing a slight withdrawal syndrome.

After a really bad experience with DMT, weed started to give me anxiety attacks and really intense CEVs for a while and it took me couple of months to recuperate. Actually it still sometime does, especially with really strong weed. Also I couldnt even think about trying DMT again and even the smell of it gave me the shakes, but slowly evertyhing has been turning to normal. A lot of your experiences sound really familiar to me and I can really relate, many times I thought that everything would "begin again" (ie. I believed that I was still in a journey and stuck in a trip for forever) but I just kept telling myself that it wasnt possible in any way and shrugged it off. As I said, time will heal us all. Just lay things and substances that bother you off for a while and try to enjoy the little things of "normal" life. :)

Listen to me...

You have too many toxins in your body!

Don't drink anything but water until you feel better!

Do not eat fast food or bad food.

Eat a lot of veggies and a little bit of fruit, if you can go to a juice bar and pay a few dollars for a wheatgrass shot, that stuff will detox you fast!

Do a lot of cardio, get your body moving, sweating is important. Repeat Daily!

You need to sweat out all your toxins in the body!

I would get sleeping pills, just watch out because they can be addictive and research if you can mix with safely with your medications first!

Workout and everything will fall into place, I have seen similar things happen before.

And just relax don't let it stress you out!

I hope the best for you friend!

I am glad you are getting better.

However I would still recommend working out daily and sweating out all the toxins that have built up.
Toxins like to chill in fatty tissues.

Taking care of your body daily will prevent many negative experiences in the future.

Working out has been proven to cure any mental problems faster then any medications made.

Yes I agree to the sweating. It can work wonders on psychological problems. And it will give you deeper and more restful sleep.

Eranik came to the Nexus for support and guidance through a very difficult time and we somehow manage to lose sight of this. This thread has been comandeered into an irrelavant debate and that, in my eyes, is offensive to Eranik and their current health problems. What is really important here is that we try to understand this situation and help as much as we possibly can.

Eranik, I am so glad that you are feeling better. I hope the future holds much positivity for you.
Much love,
Sally xx

You are so right Sally. Thank you for pointing this out.

I moved all the irrelevant posts from this thread to the newly created fwaggles fractal thread.

I also moved this thread out of the nursery to prevent fwaggle posting in it again.

Kind regards,

The Traveler
