TEK "TnT tek" - Vodka DMT extraction for oral use TEK (super easy!)

Would anyone happen to know if i could use some of the MHRB powder that I have mixed with water and vinegar that is on its 5th Freeze-thaw cycle for this TEK?
Would the acid content affect the Calcium Hydroxide reaction?
I'm half-planning to do a slow cooker job on it too before splitting into batches to re-freeze for when I have time to do a regular extraction based on mostly STB (Apart from the other bits!!!!)

I've found that with acetic acid a gel like substance (possibly calcium acetate) is produced when lime is added. It seems to be only problematic if you're trying to reduce the alcohol and isolate the dmt, for oral use it's likely fine.

Yes, that's pretty much guaranteed to be calcium acetate, given its use in combination with ethanol to make 'fire gel'. Could this be the makings of a revolutionary new ROA?

But indeed, I'd noticed there appeared to be certain amount of calcium hydroxide(?) dissolved in the lime-treated vodka - another thing which may contribute to the low percentage of DMT in the evaporated solids. This lies in large part behind my previous caution to add the lime slowly and only in just sufficient quantity to precipitate the tannin.

This suggest that the TnT tek probably isn't suitable for use on bark that has been acidified with any acids that produce soluble calcium salts, although the 'TnT' calcium acetate gel sounds like it might be worth investigating in the sense of finding workarounds and establishing its behaviour and various properties, since calcium acetate is at least biocompatible.

How did you deal with it, Sakka? It dries down to a white powder eventually, which should rinse away from freebase DMT with some distilled water.

Ah yes I've seen some DIY videos on that. The new ROA would be wrapped in a large caapi leaf set on fire and shoved into the mouth. I'll leave you the honor of naming it

I described it and the mess I made in detail in the post I linked above. Initially there was a small amount of the gel mixed with a significant amount of dmt, it was sticky and clogged the pipette and spilled, i tried recovering it with acid and rebasing and that created a large amount of the gel. Freezing seems to crash a significant amount of it and then after reducing more comes out and can be filtered, but still it seemed like I couldn't totally get rid of it. I only realised what it could be later when I thought about it so I didn't deal with it in the best way. I'll add some pictures and more thoughts soon on the original thread.

And yes the dry material I got at the end seemed like goo mixed with a light powder. Rinsing with water sounds like a great idea. What I ended up doing is dissolving it in a little bit of ethanol and a lot of it didn't disolve, after filtering and adding the ethanol to leaf I only got 100mg in total, when smoked it was mildly active. I blamed it on the majority of the dmt got lost during the messy recovery and filtering.

The second attempt with no vinegar was much better but I believe the product oxidized over time and lost its potency.
