List of ingrediants:
ACRB -70gs (grinded) Naptha
Distilled water. 5% viniger
All natural (uniodized sea salt)
100% lye (Na0h)
Preferably all glass tools
(Mason jars and pyrex )
If possible a ph reader or strips
Preferabbly 0-14 ph

1) Grind bark as fine as possible, i froze the bark first and used a blender to grind bark, food processors and coffee grinders wont consistently work , they will break and it will take forever , also note that the dust from the bark is very irritating on the sinuses if inhaled.

2) boil water, for this exact time i used 100ml of distilled water , then add 100 ml of viniger
I usually shoot for equal part water to equal part viniger which should bring your acid water to Ph 4 or below 1-4 is perfect , then while water is still hot compleltly submerge your bark in your acid water and shake or stir aggressivly i peraonaly shake let sit for about 5 -10 mins while you boil another 50- 100 ml of water and then dissolve 10% weight in salt to bark so for this 70 grams it wojld be 7 grams i did 10 just for shits and gigs , once salt is dissolved and bark has settled add salt water and again shake vigerously 5 mins and let sit for 5 mins This is the defatting stage one its set for 5 mins add 100 -200 ml of napths and again shake vigerously and let sit 10 mins to serperate. You shoukd see 4 layers top laayer is naptha and fat middlenlayer is a/b and bottom layer is bark
Now disgaurd the naptha and fat not to reuse.

Step 3) now add equal parts Na0h in grams to how many grams of bark so for this i used 70 grams of Na0h. Add slowly and stir i add 1/4th at a time take caution bc the fumes are dangerous if inhaled to much. And be mindful of the lye. You will now see the color chanage to dark purple or black once your lye is all mixed in stir aggresivly dont put lid on and shake the jar with break , use metal or silicone stir rod but stir for 5 mins and then let sit for about 20 or 30 mins re stiring every 5 mins or so . Now this should have brought your soup up to ph12 or 13 if its not then somthing is wrong. Now let it sit to cool down for anywhere for 30min to 2 hours the longer the better i believe.


Step4) now make a hot water bath or however you want to heat the naptha and soup preferably but mainly the naptha if possible idealy 140 deg f is great but will work if its a cooler then that. Once naptha is heated slowly add to your soup , tilt jar or container to to keep seperate. What your looking for is a layer of bubbles, these are ok but the less the better this is emolsion forgive my spelling its not the best. Now stir or cap jar and flip upside down lightly and easy 50 times trying not to shake the jar just roll the naptha through the soup ,after 50 times or so 20 is fine let it sit and seperste atleastn10 mins until all bubles are basically gone then repeat till your naptha is saturated cloudy and yellow then syphon off in pyrex pan and repeat until satisfied. Less naptha more saturation is best.last pull leave naptha in for a day.

Step 5) cover pyrex and naptha with syran wrap to prevent moisture , and put in freezer for 12-24 -48 hours depending on patience and how cold the freezer is .

After this refine with hot naptha and refreeze and enjoy
i will add pictures of my personal results and if any advise or corrections or steps could be better plz let me know im very open to new ideas and fact checks first pull will usually be more taffy like and yellow due to how well you defatted the second pull is almost always nice white fluffy crystals good luck and be safe.
