Symbiate

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone has information on the tryptamine content of Acacia Karroo. Wikipedia lists it as psychoactive on its Acacia page, but has no citation and no other information.
The only other reference I could find was this post over on mycotopia:
If anyone has further information it would be greatly appreciated.
Otherwise, is there any easy way to test for presence of tryptamines in a substance? I don't have access to hplc equipment or anything like that.
Thank you.
