okay i noticed an error on that african dream root prep - you dont make a tea.
you grind it up and mix it with cold water - take a wooden spoon and spin it up - it creates a foam on top - the foam is consumed and the dream root is left in the water - this process is repeated and it is consumed every morning - the water and root goes back in the fridge between dosing, it can be used until no more foam appears.
This should be done for about 5-7 days - effects start on day 3 or so.
This is the correct tek and this is how they do it traditionally, the root is endemic to an area a few hundred kilometers from where i live, iv harvested it wild myself. very nice plant.
