I am seriously thinking of ordering a vaporgenie...but I have a question about its vaporizing ability regarding DMT. For herb, the plant material is left behind and only the THC is vaporized, but with DMT, all of the crystals are instantly combusted, so how can a vaporizer help with DMT when there is nothing to be left behind?

With cannabis, the vapor you get is the active ingredient THC and a few other little things... the carbon based plant material is left behind.
Your pile of DMT is ALL active ingredient and vaporisable - ALL of the DMT being vaporised is a good thing... from there it goes into your lungs... just what you were shooting for.

Agreed. You are vapourising the product and inhaling the vapour, which is what you want. What is left behind is not relevent, it is what you are inhaling that is relevant.

I personally suggest you place a layer of mullein on top of the screens, though this is of course preference.

Regarding its vapourising ability, a VG is highly effective and well worth purchasing.

But is there anything left behind with DMT in a vaporizer?, because with my pyrex rig, or on aluminum foil, nothing is left behind, so how can a vaporizer give me just the pure DMT and not the oils, etc, or would it give me just the pure DMT? If not I don't see how it is different than any other administrative method....Sometimes it feels like my lungs hurt after smoking non-pure white DMT...

Whether or not you get vapors from oils or other impurities depends on whether or not they’re present, their vaporization temperature relative to DMT, etc.

The real advantage of a VG or GVG is temperature control – DMT is much less likely to burn when properly vaporized than it is when smoked off of aluminum foil or other similar methods.

In effect, high temperatures create impurities – even when you’re starting with pure DMT.
