The drained feeling and the headache are interesting. I have a little bit of experience using 5-MeO-DMT in a similar way to the DMTx method. It involved a mechanized self-injecting syringe that was programmed to inject very slowly at a consistent rate.

The trip itself was fascinating, but after a few hours, I was absolutely physically wrecked with a strong pressure headache and a general feeling of being unwell.

Do you know if that's common among extended-state DMT users? I wonder if the human body isn't a fan of the constant psychedelic drip.

i guess theres a reason our body keeps it at the levels that it does

Would like to just check-in. Documenting this experience has been slow going. I am taking my time, as crystalline threads with gems on the ends are plentiful and necessitate analysis before being weaved into the fabric they will become.

I chose to take 30 days away from the space including the psycholytic and sub-breakthrough doses. I've taken breaks like this before. Typically, I feel the call for me to harken back, but this time there is something really pulling at me, somatically, from the center of my chest. It would also be nice because it would provide some pain relief (something that has stifled my journaling and writing in general, as that's something that saps my attention focus and energy), but I am going to hold on and hold out until the actual 30 days are up. I am pretty good at that. I don't want to ruin what was a vastly wonderful, healing, and enlightening experience.
