Tremendous job, guys. I wouldn't like to be in Trav's shoes if he actually has to choose only one. Again, the surprise factor in the random rotating top banner is a nice extra treat for the community

I finally had some time to contribute, leaving it here.

thats really good, i like it, its a bit different to the crazy fractal/psychedelic ones which is nice. It portrays the Entheo Uni idea really well.

I think we definitely need to keep the rolling banners, to many cool banners to choose just 1.

The question would be how to use multiple banners properly, if that happens to be. One for every different subforum? If we keep going like this, we might have one banner fitting in every topic.

Continuing to be surprised at the art coming out of this thread, I think I agree with the idea that each subforum should have its own banner.
I know I couldn't pick just one, they are so different and each one brings a new flavor to the site.
Just the diversity of the banners shows how unique the psychedelic experience can be.

I also think that there should be headers for sub-categories or rotating banners. Too many great ones. Ash yours rock too.

I was inspired by looping gifs and thought this would be an awesome place to put it!


I know there are a few kinks with it - but I like that there are inconsistencies between other peoples work.
Others can't really "fix" what would make anyones "better", it would only make it look more like your style.

wow that's awesome shivaindisguise. there's kind of an optical illusion going on that makes it look like it's pulsing when looking at the whole thing. if i cover up everything but 1 or 2 sections it's smooth

i can't even choose a favorite i like too many of them

Melodic can you change the opacity or the color of the little dmt molecule in the top left of your bottom one? It stands out differently than the rest of the banner. That is my favorite banner so far along with the hole-for-a-face one.

It's hard to say which one is my favorite. They are all so beautiful in their own right. I really like the idea of having a banner for each section of the forum.

I updated the molecules (in this post) and re-centered the text and glow a bit. I also lowered the text size on the purple banner to allow more of the background detail to come through.

Hopefully it's a step in the right direction.

I do feel like I'm kinda cheating by posting two banners but on the other hand, I'd love to see some more banners from the folks who have already created some.

I really like Meditating Tree Man but it seems more "Salvia" than "DMT", IMO. (I have experience with both, so that's what I'm basing it off of).
