Here's what SWIM did:

STB, pulled with xylene, FASA.

SWIM ended up with a yellow powder. Got a 4% yield from Mimosa H, which seems too high to SWIM, even with Fumarate.

Washed 3x with xylene, then 3x with acentone, then dried. Still yellow. Recrystallized in acetone/water, still yellow. Recrystallized in IPA, still yellow.

Could this be other alkaloids making it yellow since SWIM pulled with xylene?

The way SWIM understands it is that since he washed with both a NPS and a PS, and recrystallized, there should definitely be no plant material in there.

120mgs were weighed out for insullfation. Only ~30mgs taken in, burned too bad, put the rest back. Seemed just off baseline for a while.

Here's a pic of the final product. As you can see its a very pale yellow.

That's what I thought. Should SWIM be careful dosing this? Should SWIM start lower that a normal dose?

SWIM will be trying this via IM and IV. He has his purification techniques down so no need to lecture me about the dangers.

i will not even entertain this beyond officially saying i wouldnt do that if i were you

but we both know its your body and you will do what you want

personally i think it should be used orally with harmalas but thats just the easy safe way

personally i think swallowing a capsule is the easiest but hey if you feel that injecting something that you made with a pointed object directly into your bloodstream is safe and most effective more power to you

i just dont see the point

oral works why go sticking yourself with something your (i am) not sure is safe

i am not just saying all this for MY health take it at face value i cant control you
 
4% yield seems fishy. whered SWIM get bark from? Jungle tends to yield 1.5-2%. but, as you are surprised that there are OTHER alkaloids, i advise you do a bit more research into it before you start injecting. There is little knowledge on this atm as other routes of administration are safer with the knowledge at hand. Read read read before you're a guinea pig
 
I'd recrystalize in naptha until the yellow's gone before I injected it. (which I wouldn't do/recomend anyway) I haven't read any reports of people injecting the other mimosa alkaloids, so there could be some unforeseen side effects. Also you better have someone else doing the injecting incase hyperspace comes too soon.
 
your bound to get a fairly negative response for talking about IV'ing or IM'ing on this forum, dude.
I don't think anyone does that here.

it may receive a different response if he wasnt asking us what he had that he planned to shoot in his blood..
i mean if your going to inject YOU should know what it is
 
and MAKE SURE You dont inject FREEBASE dmt...that would not be good at all..make sure its SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER clean dmt fumarate...i dont recommend shooting it at all...its kinda silly...when we have so many other methods...personally i would want lab grade dmt fumarate..made by professionals with professional and sterile equipment...
