what's your favorite extract tek and why?

tried the noman's tek for my first time. had small little collections start within a couple hours in the freezer but nothing more has happened. still a large amount of naptha. guess there's too much naptha and needs to be evaporated a bit:?: only used about 30mL naptha for every gram of powdered bark and i did use 1.5x the amount of water for the powdered bark. i know that being my first time, i have to be very patient. it just seems like there has to be a best/favorite tek in this forum and it would probably be based upon ease/yield and i would love all the opinions i can get. i'm not giving up on my first batch. gonna set it out with (some sort of filtering) medium on top of it and let it evaporate a little. any suggestions/pointers on how long to evap? i do have some pics (of what the layer on top of the mixing jar looks like and what the 4 pulls looked like if that would help diagnose my blunder). looking forward to trying another tek or way, perhaps, next time. thanks again for the advice...

SWIM's cat prefers q21's A/B (dry) tek. He's not really fond of the idea of having the liquid layers and needing to make adequate separatory funnel devices (or modifying the containers in some way), etc. Once he has better access to equipment he may switch to STB (just because it seems more practical for larger scale extractions), but for now q21's A/B tek is deff the one involving the most ease with the most yield = 1.2% and over consistently, of PURE WHITE NN-DMT (if you use naphtha). He'll try doing some xylene pulls when he gets a hold of some probably, try to extract the other alks from the mix!

It depends how I'm feeling. Though I'm not a fan of messy (dry) teks as I like to deal with nice easy to pour liquids and get them as transparent as possible.

I enjoy recrystallization so I don't mind going with STB. It seems like the most user friendly method.

whatcha's tek for me although i will be trying blab next time. Whatchas tek is simple and i like how he uses hdpe milk jugs

Thats preety good yeild demented, 2g from 100g nice! (i can usually get 1.3 maybe 1.4g from 100g)

This sums up my opinions fairly well.

Bottom line though, limo is a vastly superior NPS. Full spectrum extracts, food-grade and refreshing to boot.
Make that two votes for BLAB.
