To be honest I will also have the Harmalas or Syrian Rue + a slightly bigger microdose before a DMT session too and see how that all plays together.

Magic Truffle Microdose, Variety: Hollandia
16.50 0.5g dried and finely ground, taken in a shot glass as lemon TEK after an 8 hour soak in lemon juice.
17.15 Yawns, sinus and head feels, clearly less is less.
17.50 Yawns have finished, slight hunger feeling in stomach, face-feels easing off.
Next up will be 0.4g on Monday, I’ll leave the weekend free for either a bigger Truffle dust dose or Harmalas & DMT.
