To be honest I will also have the Harmalas or Syrian Rue + a slightly bigger microdose before a DMT session too and see how that all plays together.

Magic Truffle Microdose, Variety: Hollandia
16.50 0.5g dried and finely ground, taken in a shot glass as lemon TEK after an 8 hour soak in lemon juice.
17.15 Yawns, sinus and head feels, clearly less is less.
17.50 Yawns have finished, slight hunger feeling in stomach, face-feels easing off.
Next up will be 0.4g on Monday, I’ll leave the weekend free for either a bigger Truffle dust dose or Harmalas & DMT.

17.45 Yes indeed, this is the true Microdose for me an approx 70kg in weight and male of slim build. Had just a tiny amount of extra yawning, no face / head / sinus feelings and no stomach sensations. This means I can easily have a Microdose before work so it fits better into my routine.
I might have a wee blast of DMT with my Yoga to celebrate!

I wasn’t going to journal this one as I feel the 400mg Truffle dust dose is pretty innocuous and the right level for knowing it's there but also not noticing it.

0.4g Truffle Dust in lemon juice soaked for 8 hours, since before work.
Yoga session with DMT assist, another lovely, very sweaty Yoga session with a nice deep connection of breath and movement. Short 1-3 second hits on the 600mg Vape tank, repeating as necessary when effects diminish.
Completely different feel to 12th August, though that was the Solar Eclipse…. That's something I would never have said before DMT, far too hippy dippy shit haha.
Started out low and built up a little, started as usual with nice meditative feelings, then slowly moved into a more dark and foreboding feel.
Something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is that I feel a lot of normalisation to the trippy state, like even though things are trippy and weird it still feels rather day-to-day regular like I could get on with normal things and be totally fine.
Back to the dark and foreboding bit, the floorboards in my Yoga room are usually alive and moving but it felt that I had moved out of the sun and sparkles and into a deeper and different place very intricately patterned, fractal and dark. Nothing was stopping my Yoga of course and with eyes shut or the bits in between open and closed I was kinda in what felt like an underworld or something, I’m guessing the Truffle microdose brings its own flavours with the addition of DMT. I made a point of breathing it all in and trying to explore this new feeling after getting past the ‘Ooo, this is weird’ stage and thinking I should explore it and head towards it.
I suppose I’ve gone from October last year to the present with nothing but sweetness and light, I’ve had emotional release and realisation with connection of sadness for myself (Weird concept in my mind). So maybe it's time for some tougher experiences?

1.2g Truffle Dust in lemon juice soaked for approx 30mins.
10.30 Lemon TEK taken just after breakfast.
11.15 bit of yawning, hints of face feels and a slightly cold nose, busy reading The Bigger Picture by Alexander Beiner, slight head wooze.
11.35 a more definite trippy feeling more akin to a first 2-3 second hit of DMT but still different. Very very slight visual bending happening while reading though also what seems to be an increase in my reading speed.
11.50 I would say I am past the mini-dose-peak, whether that has made what I was reading feel more personal or not is hard to untangle, though an enjoyable few pages with lots of commonality to my own small experiences.
12.20 much more rounded trippy feelings and just a very slight wobble when moving around.
12.45 I had a big squishy cat cuddle and now it’s time for lunch.
13.20 almost done, nice awake mind, cheerful, connected thought.
No stomach discomfort throughout, bit burpy with an ever so slight hint of nausea.
I’d say the same mood lift as a 400mg microdose but with a hint of added entertainment.
Today’s dose is mostly about establishing a baseline ready for another week when I’ll take the same 1.2g dose with added Harmalas or Syrian Rue tea, I’ll probably add 1g Syrian Rue tea about an hour before, maybe even split it into 0.5g with breakfast and 0.5g with lunch followed by 1.2g magic dust!

11.30 1.2g Truffle Dust in Lemon Juice soaked since 8.00. I can still feel the Rue in my head.
12.10 slightly shaky hands and yawning, maybe a hint of brighter crisper vision.
12.40 very brief visual artefacts, its making me busy, spotting things that need cleaning!! I will have lunch then do Yoga while all this positivity keeps running.
13.10 serious hyper-focus, active, cheerful, bit of a snotty nose, easily distracted in the minutia. Past the peak I think, a lovely head space, proper bright and breezy.
15.25 Post-Yoga, Yoga would have been better on the come-up, felt some slight rebalancing of cheerful back to baseline. Slight head feels still going, actually took more concentration in Yoga than one of my DMT assisted sessions.

Notes for next time, for when I have more time and don’t have the distraction of having to go into work briefly, take the Lemon Truffle Shot no more than 1 hour after 1g of Rue Tea. It feels like redosing both would be good, though I guess that may be an excellent way to build tolerance too fast.

1g of Syrian Rue tea with my morning cuppa tea, a quick shot glass of ground seed with boiling water poured over.
Approx 1 hour later after breakfast a 400mg Magic Truffle shot as Lemon Tek.
Effects actually very similar to the 1.2g Truffle though I guess duration my not be as long, busy connected mind, good focus, Nice active clarity.

Think I must have got the timing just right of the Syrian Rue with later Magic Truffle microdose as I'm getting quite a bit of mileage out of it. Wish I'd recorded timings, it was something like 9.30 Syrian Rue, then approx 60-90mins later for the Microdose with breakfast.

My second weekend in a row where things get in the way of me properly planning another Pharmahuasca session. Been fixing something at work and been over to see my mum.
13.00 Light-ish Lunch.
13.20 2g taken as Lemon TEK after 20min soak.
14.10 had a bit of increased heart rate, things look a bit more defined, some literally sparkles like the sun glinting off water but just in the air.
14.35 think this might have peaked during a Cat cuddle and covered in cat spit! I was getting some subtle visual distortions and a bit of patterning, maybe I still am, though it’s pretty subtle. My back started playing up this morning so it might be the pain that distracts me.

16.30 Post 45mins gentle Yoga and the knowing that it’s normal to be sad about my recurring back problems. Good mood and positive feeling.

Well that's my Fallow Week done of no Microdosed Truffles.
Maybe I'll try 3 grams later, though I think its time I had another go at growing Mushrooms cos 3g of dry ground Mushroom would have a much better effect than these Truffles.

Some days ago I had ones that were called "Psilocybe tampelandia (probably meaning tampanensis) High Hawaiians" and they were pretty strong. 11g of them was quite potent, more than I expected at that dose. My girlfriend says she had crazy visuals both open and close eyed, stronger than 300ug LSD. The rest of the effects weren't comparable to that dose of LSD, of course.
I'm not sure if there's actually much of a difference between strains, but AFAIK Hollandia is P. mexicana, and that would be weaker than P. tampanensis.
