it works, but is just about the most horrible chemical to be around... mad unpleasant aroma, lots of it... i guess if you salted out the molecule it would be okay, but i've only tried evaporation & that was a stinking mess... loved the end results though...

Oddly I find the scent to be far less pungent than Naphtha, but it does linger for considerably longer.
But with that said I've had next to no luck extracting with xylene, seeing maybe 50mg on 150g of MHRB. And whats left is a tacky almost clay like substance, light yellow/orange that has a very pungent flowery smell almost like crushed dandelions or something. I've not yet tried, and not even sure i'm going to considering Skatole's odor is "Flowery" and i've seen reports of Xylene pulling Skatole, i'll atleast wash it.
But I'm a bit confused as SnozzleBerry reported geting 1.5% even after doing Naphtha pulls, at room temperature even. Noidea what I could have done wrong
