2016 Morel Mushroom Hunting Season

I can tell you that those false morels are not poisonous, at least in Illinois they are not, I hunt and eat them every year only we call them elephant ears and they are are usually somewhere close to the regular morels. I will be hunting them here in a few weeks in central Illinois along with locating bundleflowers.
