How can anyone pretend to understand a problem when they refuse to go to its roots?

The 0.3 % THC limit for any cannabis says enough.

No one is pretending, the problem is that there’s no garantee on finding a root cause, especially when looking at complex issues there’s usually no one root cause, it’s mix of factors and actors that make the outcome reality.

ve traveled pretty extensively and the UN and WHO are universally loathed and mistrusted by the people of multiple countries because both orgs seek to strip legal and medical sovereignty away from the people and their governments.

Well that may be your opinion but what alternatives are there? Smallpox, polio and other diseases would still be around if it wasn’t for the WHO, I think it’s to simple to state that they strip away medical sovereignty, when the alternative is probably not better but worse.
