Honestly, it sounds like you don't need much advice: you seem to have learned the most important lesson from this all on your own.

It's also worth nothing that everyone who regularly partakes ultimately has some kind of difficult experience/bad trip. It's just a matter of time, and this may have been yours. It's a shame it was your first one though.

Hello my fellow, it sounds like you learned a lesson today!
I too know the feeling of being helplessly poisoned, agitated, asking myself why I did this, and attempting to rid the contents of my stomach as soon as possible. And yes, that feeling of panic where you can't make proper decisions. This is very much a matter of dose and preparation.

Consider this a teaching on what not to do; under what conditions would you feel comfortable losing your marbles in a controlled fashion? How can you ensure your dose is correct? Is luck on your side?

As with any new medicine/poison, make sure to test with a small dose. The more skeptical you are of the material, the more careful with dosage. Don't be the FOOL! Eating the wrong thing can end your life, an amazing consequence of living really.

And make sure not to turn around and do something like this again. Think wholeheartedly, get in a state of calm and contentness, and then after your good with the many possibilities you could inhabit, think about it again. I've recklessly poisoned myself once and again just a short time after because I didn't take a hint.

Ayahuasca or any analogue there-of is no joke when you get into the high dissolution dosages. Dissolving within dissolution. Destroying and consuming. Maddening in some sense, but also awe-strickingly beautiful.

It'll take time, but you'll come around; takes time to integrate a doozy like that. I once took too much extracted freebase and extracted maoi, about 5 years back; put me off oral dmt and dmt altogether for over a year. Breathing saved me and funneled the experience into a positive spin. In breath...it abides, and to focus/bring control over breath, brings an evenness to the experience, smoothing things over in a very delightful way.

All i could do was lay on the ground and take it, had no idea of anything, aside from 'that', i was that. Getting pounded by visions like literally being out at sea in a hurricane of insanely novel complexity.

Enough about me, all im saying is that some of us have been there and know what your saying. Your definitely not alone. Live life, enjoy, stay busy/active, do what you love.

4) ingesting that amount of powder will most likely make anyone feel very sick, on top of the purgative effects of the alkaloids. Why did you choose to eat powder instead of making a simple tea?

You were very very lucky to purge most out, because you were back after 2 hours already. Considering the dose you took having regular absorption, you would have been in for X 4 at least.

Ouro essentially said everything I wanted to say. Next time you try this, if you do, I would definitely make a tea and find a quite comfortable private space where you will not be bothered for hours. Drinking tea will still most likely be sickening to a degree but will not be anywhere near as bad as eating bark; just think about the bark being in your stomach. I would for sure start with just harmala tea/ syrian rue or caapi tea without any kind of dmt containing plant admixture just so you can get your feet wet and have an idea of what psychoactive drugs can be like and also to find out what kind of dosage level you will want/need for the harmalas. Then SLOWLY add dmt containing admixture after you have found your sweet spot with harmalas. This, to me, means waiting an hour after drinking my haramala tea and letting the effects kick in and then SLOWLY sipping a known amount of dmt containing admixture over a couple hours give or take till you get to where you want to be. 2-5 grams of acacia confusa tea should be plenty for a first time; I would personally brew 4g and SIP it.

Remember, this medicine does not give you what you want, it gives you what you need. Maybe you have a better idea of what your working with now or what you need.

None of this was meant as a lecture, just advice from someone who has done a fair deal of psychedelics and knows how harrowing the effects can be even when you know "exactly" what your getting yourself into.

2.i heard that tomatoes and lemon can detoxify the body of accident poisoning.
3.i got it online so wasnt sure if i got the real deal or just ripped off.
4.I heard that with the tea it takes a long time to brew and makes you purge where as with capsule powder purging can be avoided.

yeb, that was exactly what i was thinking as well, i was thinking what i would tell the paramedics, that was enough for me to change my mind, i wouldnt have mentioned abt dmt anyways,worst case senerio i would have told them i do not know what i took. theres no reason to be selfish and ruin it for other people who are doing it right.

That does come across as harsh. He is 18 years old. Don"t tell me that you never made any mistakes in your teenage years. As far as research goes, his mistake has led him here. What better place to continue with research on, not just ROA and dose size, but integration and general advice on life.

That does NOT represent the Nexus attitude at all, I really think you should reconsider how you talk to other people.

The OP made a mistake, like we all have with one thing or another, and realized it and made the effort to look into how to improve for the next time.

Ronaldo, you need to get your information straight before thinking of doing anything related with these substances. Youtube is not necessarily a reliable source of information. Please read the Nexus pages (like the FAQ, Health and Safety section), and you can always visit wikipedia to answer doubts too.

Def reduce dosage a lot, make tea instead of consuming powder, and have a sitter if possible until you are more experienced, and forget about 'detoxifying' (just dont intoxicate yourself ).. If you want to eat something maybe fruit or juice will be less nasty.
