Any Cacti Cultivators?

Do y'all think 50° is too cold for San Pedro seeds to germinate?

Gets like 50-60°f at night here rightnow, is this going to stop them from growing?
I feel that's quite low in Temps for seeds to germinate, I like to keep my seeds being sown at around 24-30°C (70-85 °F) while they are being sown. I usually give them 24Hours of light and heat during the germination period (Just my personal preference)and one they have sprouted and start growing switch then to a 18/6 light schedule and let the night time Temps drop a few degrees. This can be achieved with a Thermostat on the hest mat, I keep high humidity for the first 3 months then slowly start to decrease humidity. Do keep an eye out for alge growth with the high humidity though

Share some photos of your cacti grow, I'll be sowing a wack load of Lophophora Williamsii and Diffusa seeds soon. Been trading/Sharing all my seeds the last while but the next little bit I'll be sowing then all.
