Any other daily travellers here?

I had a ''Sit like this, breathe like this, and focus your gaze like this!''

I decided to lie down and was met with a remark: "Do you plan to die just like that - in your bed and half-aware?"
ok, so my question comes a long time from the start of this thread, but i have a question dug up from the beginning.

i have always flown laying down with my back propped up with a pillow.
i mostly use the mindfoldblindfold with eyes both open and closed.

according to the information in the included quotes.... how are you being "instructed" to fly?

after reading this thread i decided to go open eyed, sitting in an armchair i have outside in the trees.

it reminded me of 80's lsd/acid, the leaves and trunks became very annimated.

not too different from laying down, back and shoulders "sitting"

but ive never yet received info or guidance from beyond.

how are y'all sitting/laying/standing/falling 😂

Good question.

After lying in the fetal position my first few times, the voice I hear myself think with said "You need to lie face up, head slightly propped up on a pillow, to receive information. Don't be a scared child."

I've heard on a podcast about aya that lying down is for receiving healing and sitting up is for active medicine work. My experience affirms it.
If you want to dive deep inside and heal something you only have a hint of, lying down with a blindfold on works best. When you sit upright, you're more awake, present, and in your power. It's a pose for actively guiding the energy through different means (breathing, singing, attention) instead of passively receiving it.

I got guidance from plants only once, and they actually showed me how to sit with a straight back and where to put my hands. Yet it was a message aimed at myself at the time. Most likely I was required to develop a more present attitude toward life in general. So to each their own. Just feel your own body and its energy. It'll tell you what's best for you in any given situation.

Yes I will concur that from experience, when I'm sat up in sofa , I interact with the Realm , and they want my interaction.
One time I was wearing a eye mask , they mocked me about it , I embarrasly removed it and threw it
behind the sofa .
But lying down flat on my back in complet darkness in bed is a different story , I see different entities,
they observe me, sometimes loom over me quite menacingly , like I'm being examined .
