Any other daily travellers here?

I had a ''Sit like this, breathe like this, and focus your gaze like this!''

I decided to lie down and was met with a remark: "Do you plan to die just like that - in your bed and half-aware?"
ok, so my question comes a long time from the start of this thread, but i have a question dug up from the beginning.

i have always flown laying down with my back propped up with a pillow.
i mostly use the mindfoldblindfold with eyes both open and closed.

according to the information in the included quotes.... how are you being "instructed" to fly?

after reading this thread i decided to go open eyed, sitting in an armchair i have outside in the trees.

it reminded me of 80's lsd/acid, the leaves and trunks became very annimated.

not too different from laying down, back and shoulders "sitting"

but ive never yet received info or guidance from beyond.

how are y'all sitting/laying/standing/falling 😂

Good question.

After lying in the fetal position my first few times, the voice I hear myself think with said "You need to lie face up, head slightly propped up on a pillow, to receive information. Don't be a scared child."

I've heard on a podcast about aya that lying down is for receiving healing and sitting up is for active medicine work. My experience affirms it.
If you want to dive deep inside and heal something you only have a hint of, lying down with a blindfold on works best. When you sit upright, you're more awake, present, and in your power. It's a pose for actively guiding the energy through different means (breathing, singing, attention) instead of passively receiving it.

I got guidance from plants only once, and they actually showed me how to sit with a straight back and where to put my hands. Yet it was a message aimed at myself at the time. Most likely I was required to develop a more present attitude toward life in general. So to each their own. Just feel your own body and its energy. It'll tell you what's best for you in any given situation.

Yes I will concur that from experience, when I'm sat up in sofa , I interact with the Realm , and they want my interaction.
One time I was wearing a eye mask , they mocked me about it , I embarrasly removed it and threw it
behind the sofa .
But lying down flat on my back in complet darkness in bed is a different story , I see different entities,
they observe me, sometimes loom over me quite menacingly , like I'm being examined .

I did everyday for over a week during lockdown when I did my first extraction. A few times a night and once in the day. But I soon started seeing no point in doing it for a while. I found the experiences becoming too similar.
I've done it quite a bit recently after not doing any at all since 2022. 3 nights I've tripped in the past 10 days, each night I've done it at least 4 times so it's about 12-15 altogether. One of the nights I was drunk (had a case of 10 budweiser) and not even weighing the doses. The trips are similar again, I'm in an office type environment with the black entities folding up and unfolding themselves while opening and closing drawers. The last trip, one was crouched down then looked at me then carried on doing whatever it was doing on the floor. To the right of it was some machine looking to be printing out an endless sheet of paper of blue patterns and shapes.

When I did my first extraction it was in lockdown era. Two separate 100g extractions. First I didn't do very well but still got an ok amount. I was not evaporating before freezing so not much was crashing out. I evaporated it and got a lot of goo but was strong. Then ordered another 100g of bark and did a lot better with getting over a gram in yellowish crystals. It lasted me over a year. I can't see myself doing it 3 nights in a row, there might be a time where I do 2 in a row, but I don't relly intend to do it often.

It's always been my habit to vape DMT once or at most two or three times in a session, the additional trips happening usually after a particularly enjoyable initial experience. This is in contrast to vaping the spice on successive days or nights in a row. It's my understanding that some people fall into the spice face first, metaphorically speaking, and can't stop vaping it until they either run out of spice, sanity, or both (some exceptions apply). I've always felt somewhat of a self-limiting aspect to the spice, and fulfilled enough by one or several trips grouped together such that a break of a week or more is wanted and welcome afterward.
