This is the BIG BLACK HOLE in these laws, and I am sure it will be exploited in the BBB case. There are far too many things that contain DMT. I would guess over 1000 plants and animals contains it. So the law as it is is nonsense and needs to be rewritten. It was made during a time when it was not known that DMT was pretty much everywhere, even in us. The law is dated and not enforceable in my opinion. I think this can be shown in court easily. I could bring in the neighborhood cop as an example to show the court, stating this cop contains DMT and so, by the nature of the current law, this cop is illegal, and so is the judge, and all members of the jury. You could then bring in a patch of grass from the court lawn with tests showing that it too tests positive for DMT. There are many examples of how ridiculous that law is now. If you can show that the very grass on the court lawn contains DMT, it would make the whole case look really stupid right away. No one is going to lock you up, if the judge himself is working at a building where DMT is growing right on their property!
But as for LSA and mescaline, that’s a different story. Those are not commonplace, and laws outlawing them are easily enforced.
Don't you know? "There is no peer-published scientific proof of 'spirits' or 'the spiritual dimension'."
