Buffer time between Rue and MDMA

I want to take my first steps into Hyperspace tomorrow (Wednesday). I was planning on taking a simple grain alcohol extraction of MHRB with Syrian Rue seeds. One thing I'm concerned about is that I also have plans to join some of my friends in an MDMA session this coming Friday. Should I postpone my pharma experience for a while after rolling, or would I be fine to partake on Friday?
