Cannabinoids and Human evolution.

Migrated topic.
Wow, lots of info packed into this hour-ish speech. I think I'm going to have to watch it several times to absorb as many points of info as possible. I've been researching what is commonly referred to as the Carnivore diet recently and the number of people who claim it has vastly improved their health and healed multiple health issues is astounding.

Thanks again for posting.

Anyone here doing a Carnivore diet, Keto diet or low-to-zero carb diet?

Thanks for the reply. I keep hearing similar stories from people about the benefits of an all meat no carb diet. Hard to wrap my head around. I was vegetarian for around 10 years in my youth. Started out great, then started having health problems toward the end. So started eating meat again and most of the health problems went away. I think I might give it a try as well.

I have heard the theory before that wild Cannabis used to grow everywhere. The animals ate it and became rich in Cannabinoids, then the humans ate the animals and also became rich in Cannabinoids which kept them healthy and free from many diseases. Even Terence McKenna talked about this 30+ years ago. Makes a lot of sense.

100% agree on avoiding the 'commercialisation of the food-chain' from fruits and vegetables to CAFO meats and cheap processed crap (aka poison) everywhere. Have been buying local "backyard raised" chicken eggs recently and the difference between them and store bought is HUGE. Way more flavor and nutrition than even the best store bought eggs. Need to find and try some duck eggs as well.
