And I googled DMSO DMT and for that this has been asked. So I'll dig through those but still would appreciate input.
 
Yeah I found the info I wanted. Basically it works with DMSO under the tongue but with 50-100mg. Topically not viable because it's slow absorbsion rate.
 
In the 1960s Abbie Hoffman devised his "lace vs. Mace" concept, the notion was that as police forces were coating demonstrators in pepper spray and chemicals against their will, that in retaliation the demonstrators should spray police with a mixture of Lysergic acid diethylamide and Dimethyl-sulfoxide. It was claimed that the DMSO would allow LSD to absorb through the skin, resulting in psychoactivity.

This DMSO/LSD concept was popularized again by the musical group "the dead kennedys"

Also, in a lecture by David E. Nichols, Nichols mentions Nick Sand telling him that DMSO/LSD had no effect:

Another fact: I've made LSD in my lab on many occasions for research purposes, possibly in not so meticulous a manner as Albert Hofmann. Nothing ever happened. I had several graduate students who made LSD as an intermediate for projects. No accidental ingestion of LSD ever occurred. A technician in my lab makes it routinely because we use it as a drug to train our rats. He's learned by experience that he never gets high, nothing ever happens. And yesterday I was talking to Nick Sand, and Nick said, "I made a solution of LSD in DMSO…" -- DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) is a chemical that greatly enhances absorption of other chemicals through the skin -- he says, "…I painted it on my skin. Nothing happened." A concentrated solution and nothing happened! How did this very meticulous Swiss chemist get the LSD into his body? I don't know

DMSO does not really work with DMT either, but it's an interesting concept, solvents which would allow transdermal absorption of psychedelic compounds...
