DMT Frequency and Immunity

Hello all,

Im learning that I need to take some time away from particular psychs between usage in order to keep the "magic". Does anyone have an idea as to how long we should wait between DMT journeys? Ive heard 4 class tryptamines and lysergamides needs a 2 week buffer. Should I wait this time between nnDMT journeys?

I have noticed that I went in with nnDMT and had intense trip, then tried to go back in moments later and felt next to no effects. Very strange.

Dmt has a tolerance that builds super fast, but also dissipates in a flash.

Generally waiting 1 hour should be enough to get your tolerance down to baseline.

there are multiple threads on this forum abount "being shut out" where this is talked about.
if you have problems with getting into hyperspace i recommend to read up on those and maybe take a break from dmt
