Hello, am connecting again here after long time on the previous board. It's the good place to share experiences and in my own, I did a lot thanks to the good old board. And I took a break. If I look back my life was better when I was discovering, making self exploration with vaped, and oral forms.. I also later wanted to go see how they do share it in south America where it's more social to do so.. and I was in a best mental, physical and spiritual health back then so ten years ago. I Come back cause I feel the call, but I also know I'll have to purge. Purges can and will most likely lift off some weight if you have any you carry on your guts like I do. Am not Inna hurry. I did find what I was looking for. But now I'm back to make my life healthy again. Life has ups and down, relationships can sink like a ship and am one of those that can be affected and not care enough of myself after... So this isn't the case anymore but yes, I believe in good proportion and set and settings ir can bé a good help for some people like me. And am glad to have had the pleasure and awe to be launched to this alternate reset... For purginf and grounding I use more harmalas, caapi only brews... But at m'y stage right now I use just herbalist herbs and mirerals..
My GVG got Lost in the way... Well... It's a 'new start but am not a complete newbie to this
