Eating brachystachys

Hi should i juice my phalaris or eat it since it's only 3 or 5 grams. I am scared to juice cause the way my juicer is designed i might loose some of the juice and also i hear that some people believe some alkaloids are left behind in the grass. What do you think i should do?

I dont think you should do either of them. I dont see you getting any effects from eating or drinking it.

Wait some time till a new tek has been sorted for extracting from phalaris.

Whatever you decide to do, don't eat the grass as is, definitely juice it. The human gut is not designed or equipped to digest grasses and you will likely experience profound stomach cramps and nausea on ingestion of said grasses (you may get these anyway though to some degree). Safe travels!
