There was one interesting part of my first dmt trip that I forgot to include in my report..
At one point I felt a bizarre pressure in my head... it felt very very localized, like my skull was made of rubber or something and someone's finger was poking from the inside stretching out one point of the rubber.. it came from the top of my head and then one side or the other..truly the strangest physical sensation I've ever felt. But it didn't scare me because I instantly remembered hearing that guy describing the same thing years before
It reminded me of the spirit molecule documentary that id seen 15 years or so earlier where one guy said he felt that pressure in the center of his forehead before he experienced what is colloquially known as breakthrough.
So the question is, did i experience that sensation because id seen it in a documentary even though i wasn't consciously aware of that memory before my trip?
That's kinda what scares me about dmt, either what's happening is some kind of phenomena unknown to science or it can cause things from your mind to manifest even if you have no idea they are in there.. or maybe both.
I like to think there's nothing hiding inside my own mind that can cause me real trauma but every once in a while something happens that gives me my doubts. Like a nightmare I don't remember that apparently terrified me awake
All I know is the idea of an OBE type of trip still scares me a bit if I'm being really honest with myself, which is why in all honesty I'm sincerely glad my first trip was not like that. .
It's like the dmt decided to teach me the meaning of the word "intensity" before getting to the real lessons lol
I'm about as square as it gets when it comes to believing in the supernatural but i can also completely understand why people are so quick to anthropomorphisze dmt and attribute it with supernatural power. It's heavy stuff
