No there's quite a big difference. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you seem to say that you're doing extractions in their house, and you're assuming they buying your line that it's to do with school. I think you're on dodgy territory here - you're living a lie; perhaps with good intentions, but a lie nonetheless.

and you're right there is a big difference, but my statement was used in a different context:

it seems to me that wanting "evolution" out of this is just a facade you've put on over your real desire which is to do drugs.

In that context, does strangeloop have a point? It's really important to know what your intention is - what it really is. You have to be honest with yourself about why you want to do this. Really honest. I don't care what you say here, but take the time to think about what you're REALLY looking for before you go inside. Consider everything; ask yourself if you want to do drugs; if you want to lose yourself; if you really want to evolve, why do you want to evolve - are you unhappy with who you are? What is missing? What are you looking for? You don't have to tell us - but please ask the questions, because YOU need to know. Its important.

Phantastica, you seem to have good intentions with preparing yourself for the journey to come, but
Id just like to add that this Forum does not condone extracting(and making changa) and smoking DMT at one's parents home, weather it it under disguise or weather the parents are "gullible".

This whole community is at risk with such behaviour.

Maybe you should look into getting some sort of job to pay for your own place, then you can persue what you want to do without putting your family and this community at risk.

Hate to come across as another uptight judgmental prick but jeez man, breaking laws in your parents' faces and lying to them about it seems unnecessary to me.

I hope I havent come across as one of those.

Theres also the option that you could do the extractions in one of the secluded places you talked about, If you were doing an evap you could just do it all there and chill there while its evapping, bring a book or something, just an idea.

gamma, SWIM's new here but still he has very deep love and respect for this community. no such actions that may put this community at risk will ever be undertaken. like buk suggested, SWIM will find a secluded place where such extractions can be performed. and no, you haven't come across as even remotely similar to being judgmental at all. SWIM has deep respect for you and appreciates your advice
