Pros and Cons
Here is my opinion...
Based on my use with a Glass Pipe

Tincture:
+: Fast and easy dosing.
Easy to contain and handle.
Easy hyperspace launch with 3-5 drops

-: High doses are harder to reach.
Anything more than 5 drops takes longer to vaporize and harsher vapors.
Harder to accurately measure concentration of spice.
= And that's all i have now. Sadly i turned all my spice into a vinegar mixture.

Crystals:
+: Quick to vape.
Pure. Easy to measure an accurate dose (with a scale)

-: Depending on the type of crystal it can be hard to handle if not frozen.
Tho the smoke seemed pure it was more concentrated and almost brutal.
Hard to measure (Without a scale)

= That's my opinion by my experience anyone want to share their own?
Kinda felt i needed to post something new.
Any tips on getting a higher dose with a tincture?

By tincture do you mean DMT suspended in pure grain (ethanol) alcohol? I have no experience here. Do you drop it in and allow the alcohol to evaporate before you vape? Thanks.

I've only used crystal form and I have no want to try tincture. What do you mean by frozen form?

I use milligram scoops to move the DMT from my glass vial, to the scale, then to my device. Extremely simple and after you do it enough you get to know how many scoops it takes to weigh out your dose. Completely dependent per batch though as the crystal density and size will vary the results of mg's per scoop.

Not frozen form just colder crystals.
i produced the fluffy kind of crystals that melt easy.
when frozen they are easiest to handle unlike at room temperature.

Sounds easy enough...
wish i kept them as crystals just didn't want to buy the measuring tools.

If your crystals are melting at room temp then you gotta re x them. I don't do anything with them. They are always at room temp and are always solid crystals.

$20 for the scale most of us use.

And a buck something for a bunch of milligrams scoops. All on amazon.

The crystals didn't melt at room temp but were faster to melt.
i had a solid batch come as well but still not something to hold in hands.
nothing i can change now tho.

Depending on the crystal form DMT melts between 49C and 74C, so it's quite logical that colder crystals take more time to melt.

I didn't know anyone kept crystals cold. Don't see the point though and am confused. You shouldn't have to keep them cold.

Opps, must have missed the vinegar part in your OP. Similar question though, I'm assuming you are dripping the DMT vinegar into your pipe, then waiting for the vinegar to evaporate? If so, how long does that take normally? If you drip the vinegar into a clean glass bowl and evap does the DMT look the same as it did before? Thanks.

Im sure liquid DMT acetate couldn't be that bad if the concentration was high enough to tolerate the acid taste not to mention if your respritory system approves of it.

otherwise trying to melt a liquid would sound like a pain in the a$$
this is not jungle spice you're messing with here

So tell us the qaulity of this paticular kind of administration

After the i add the drops to my pipe i use the lighter to initiate the vape.
With about 5 drops i apply flame and the liquid boils away till pipe vapors are produced and i take my first hit.
I've also waited for the vinegar to evaporate away in the pipe this doesn't take to long (5 Drops) maybe an hour.
With a spoon and flame it turns to a sticky jam.
