how often is too often for the spirits+hrt n' dmt

sometimes I wonder what it's all about this whole communication with the entities. It feels like communication with spirits. they are things that respond in your mind in a telepathic sense and can be reasoned with. however I wonder how much is my own mind and then when am I receiving messages from a divine place or are those two things the same.

I get the feeling aliens are real and I feel like dmt and psychedelics are the future and present of the future. I know that spirits and hyperspace are real. In a bit afraid of how much it takes to breakthrough so I haven't been going at all but I have so much curiosity and so many questions. I really want to breakthrough again to be able to visit those beautiful places again.

It feels like an energy drain with many other substances. with mushrooms it can feel like a drain of energy, with lsd definitely a drain on my energy even tho its a boost at first I do feel the effects of being drained.

I tend to notice dmt has the opposite effect. that it feels like medicine and uplifts and holds down my spirit in this beautiful way. like she just brings me clarity.

also for any other trans girls/women on the nexus who r on hormones I have not noticed any negative reactions between my spironolactone and estradiol and dmt.

Also this is insane the amount of fear that is spread in regards to psychedelics in the police state. the amount of mind control and mis information on so many topics even just the fact that we are living in a world where innocent people get thrown in cages just for sacred religious acts like peyote ayahuasca or dmt are ridiculous and have no legal ground to stand on as they are CLEARLY RELIGIOUS ACTS IN NATURE.

In my limited experience of only a few years I tend to lean heavily towards changa or enhanced leaf. I still dont really know if I have experienced what many describe as 'the breakthrough'.

Terrence's archetype certainly seems far removed from my trips. But I do know for sure that I have been groped, fondled, thrown around and communicated with. Ive left the room and seen many wonders already. Some beautiful, some terrifying. Whether that comes from within myself or an external force is impossible to know for certain as yet.

I also tend to believe that consciousness is a universal state that we are all a part of, as is everything in existence. One single ocean that everything swims in. So in that regard we could assume, or push ourselves to believe, that what we encounter is both external and part of us at the same time.

It seems to me that we are choosing to go swimming in a wider ocean than we previously were aware of rather than inviting others into the tiny pool that most assume is all there is.

I've been doing it multiple times a day, everyday for the past 4 days.

Yesterday I used 115mg, divided into 15mg, 50mg, 50mg, with absolutely no lockout. The visions are strong, as is the communication.

I would say its when you feel that your whole spirit is there and not where your body is. that's what I think most people describe as a breakthrough. altho I have had the experience of not being able to return to my body. as if when attempting to open ones eyes and there are no eyes to open because you are not in your body. those experiences can be kind of scary however never anything I couldn't accept and move along from.

If nothing else, I always approach the experience with reverence and respect. That's the bare minimum requirements for me.

I think in some cases the fear is silly and in others it's warranted. I'll use myself as an example and share that the vast majority of my "fear" and apprehension is neurotic and illegitimate.

I've had that exact experience in a dream where I died in an aeroplane crash. I was convinced I was dead, but somehow still conscious. Then I tried to open my eyes only to find continued utter blackness and void. It last long enough that I started wondering if I had survived the crash but my face had been smashed up so bad I had lost the use of my senses. Then I woke up and was relieved that I actually had not died yet.
