Do you redose just the harnala or the DMT source as well?I agree with the others; that's mostly a harmala issue. You can easily get a 12h session with sufficient harmalas and redosing.
My normal oral journey is around 8 hours, and I redose once a few hours into the experience.
Usually I redose both, but the 2nd dose needs to be much less. For example, if you dose 4g of rue at the beginning, the 2nd time 1g should be sufficient. You adjust it depending on your material and body metabolism. I redose 2-3 hours into the experience, when the intensity has stabilized somewhat. Nowadays, I tend to add some harmalas into DMT tea beforehand to make it easier for me during the ceremony.Do you redose just the harnala or the DMT source as well?
You can redose both as @northape says. I usually redose only DMT. If more than 4 hours or so have passed since your initial dose of harmalas, you may need to redose both non-optionally.Do you redose just the harnala or the DMT source as well?
I'm a bit more traditional. Plant relationships are similar to human relationships. You can have many friends, but only one partner. The trust and connection you develop over many years grows into something special. While plants are tools, they're alive and have a spirit. To truly create a healthy relationship takes a lot of dedication and respect. Each of them is so deep that a lifetime may not be enough to become skillful. The main premise, though, is love, and they all align well with it.

Hell yeah, i am with you.I love DMT to death but I will go out on a limb here..
Psilocybin goes deeper…it’s richer…more visionary…more colourful…more euphoric…more spiritual…more animated.
The main draw of DMT for myself has been how close to psilocybin/psilocin it is to the point of being almost identical, combined with the brevity…
Psilocybin just feels like it reaches that extra little bit deeper inside of me.
So no, I do not ever feel done with mushrooms. If I had to have one it would be them.
