Im having issues with my account, who to contact?

Hi guys

Wasnt sure where to post this or who to contact, but my account says I need to fill in a questionnaire For faster promotion to full membership, but when I click the questionnaire link I get an error "You tried to enter a area where you didn't have access."

I appreciate any help

I suggest sending a private message to The Traveler ; if he's around I'm sure he'll be able to fix it.

Did you message traveler?

Maybe its something on your computer or internet (I don't know much about them).. ?

Let us know if it starts working.

I messaged him yes but still have not recieved a reply so just waiting on that for now. i tried using other browsers, my phone, tablet.. all give the same error :(
