Kratom as a trip killer

It could be it’s adrenergic or serotonergic effects that precipitates the visuals/visions…kratom also contains rhynocphylline which is an NMDA antagonist but it doesn’t contain much. One thing I am interested in is the combination of kratom and cats claw to add in more rhynocophylline. Hopefully this will allow for less kratom and curb some tolerance the way opiate users use ketamine and DXM etc to lower tolerance.

Kratom is great medicine. Unlike the addictive format of other opioids, this one has way less addictive potential, excluding 7-0h, psuedo or extract..these are STILL great weapons in the face of any higher tolerance addiction to hardcore opiates, yes it is a fine line but the salvation is there if you are actively looking to stick the landing and ride away clean.

I always felt opiates/opioids killed actual dreaming or the ability to remember a dream the night before. I can not add on to the CEV part of the discussion other than yes, I am sure it can bring visuals, especially to those not addicted to any opioids.

For me kratom totally allows me to have memorable dreams. One of the main reasons I use kratom more regularly than cannabis nowadays. Cannabis too frequently interferes with my dream recall.

I agree kratom does not decrease the effeçt of any drugs, except opiates. I’ve tripped on many different hallucinogens with no difference from when I used them before kratom was available. However, it is addicting and has a difficult withdrawal if using large amounts. That said, kratom has kept me from reaching for stronger narcotics or alcohol, so it’s worth the trade-off of addiction.
