I haven't seen season 2 yet. A friend got me the season 1 DVD for my birthday this year and I'd never heard of the show before.

Good stuff But it's definately one to watch with subtitles.

I think the guys who write it do yopo and watch world war 1 battle films. It's the only way to explain to crazy brutality of some of their animation.
