I would be interested in being a guinea pig if needed 
I think the absence of various groups on the amino group prevents any serious psychoactivity. As soon as you add two methyl groups on mexamine, therefore dimethyl, you get a very strong psychoactive molecule known as 5-MeO-DMT.
