I've primarily sought long term relief from transient episodes of depression of varying levels, from mild to severe, as well as a general mood lift/chemical motivation ;and have found psilocybin to be very effective. I have better access to dmt though, but haven't really done any kind of micro dose self trial with it. I may have to give your technique a whirl.I've played with low doses by combining tobacco with FB in a cigarette, and yes I recall it being a good mood lift.
I have a loaded strait shooter that may do the trick, have to eyeball the dose by inhalation though, so...
