new to extracting - using AARB, defat question

hey guys
recently started researching equipment to do my first extraction, and ill be using AARB. from what i can gather STB teks arent great to use with source material high in fat such as acacias
my understanding is the defat is done by adding nonpolar solvent to an acidic soup and then decanting. is there any other ways to defat?
what teks are best to use with AARB/high fat bark?
sorry if im misunderstanding/wrong about anything, still very new to this

If it is only a defat, you could also consider using FASA or FASI. If you search specifically for those terms, you can find a lot of information about them. Essentially, it involves using fumaric acid to precipitate the salt form out of acetone or isopropyl alcohol. From there one could freebase and freeze precipitate as usual.
