Its mouth was wide open and I had this immense urge to just let myself get eaten by the snake

Jim Morrison said something like this. "We're going to kiss the snake on the tongue. Kiss the serpent. But if it senses fear, it'll eat us instantly. But if we kiss it without fear, it'll take us through the garden, through the gate, to the other side. Ride the snake... until the end of time."

Obviously not the same context but similar results. This is definitely my favorite quote.

Personally I have had these snakes come from the bottom of Mother Ayahuasca's gown/dress slithering towards me wrapping themselves around me like they were fixing my energy grid and then they consumed me. What followed was ineffable but pure beautiful and perfection.

Thank you for sharing that with us Aegle.

Reading words that have come straight from your heart, in witness to the entirety of the universe, I am blessed with this feeling of awe.

"I felt whole yet simultaneously part of all life, part of an intricate mesh of life, an unspeakable interconnectedness and interdependence with all living things."

"What I find so fascinating, is that I have been focusing so intently during all my journeys with Ayahuasca, on how I can actualize my meaning of nurturing in my life and I keep getting shown during the day, the inherent connection that I have with children."

This very thing, I wanted to thank you for sharing. It really is so simple.. If one keeps this in their heart, it is possible experience that unspeakable interconnectedness and interdependence with all living things at any given moment of existence... Peace inmidst calamity.. Something I so desperately sought.. yet I had it within me all along.

I will stick a quote in here from St Francis of Assai, because it fits so beautifully:
O, Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; it is in dying that we are born again to eternal life.

Peace, Love and Understanding

A beautiful read.
Children have so much light. Very pure. My daughter never gets tired of making bracelets for everyone :) hahaha

Thank you Aegle :)
