I’m new to the extraction side of things, but my journey with DMT started about 8 years ago when I was 19. Back then, I managed to go through a whole gram in just three days. That experience completely changed my perspective... I was fascinated to discover that a dimension like that actually exists.
I took my steps into the psychedelic world gradually. I started with psilocybin, moved to LSD, and experimented with magic truffles for a long time, eventually considering myself a "psychonaut." At one point, I was living in Roermond (Netherlands) taking meditation classes. I knew DMT was around, but I couldn't find a source.
I frequented a local smartshop for truffles and eventually built a rapport with the guy working there. He was very professional at first, but after seeing my genuine interest, we connected on Facebook and he eventually helped me out. My first real experience was a "WHOOOOW" moment...... no warm-up, no warning. I saw a giant bubble form and blast into my eyes, and the world just disappeared. a golden and omnious presence was saying In it's own language : Don't doubt me , don't doubt me ... but I knew what It was saying the I took off. I was traveling at light speed through what I now know is hyperspace.
To be honest, it terrified me. I didn't push for a breakthrough after that, but I experimented with lower doses. I had some wild "fairy land" moments like the time I went out to smoke under the moonlight, dropped my cigarette, and watched it stand up on legs and try to run away, only to realize it was in my hand the whole time! Or watching myself in the mirror shaking my head becoming a mushroom , shaking it again becoming an orc, shaking again back to my face.. XD WTF
Fast forward 8 years, and I’ve finally decided to extract my own. I’ve been working on my first batch using a hybrid STB/Acid-Base method with mimosa hostilis. I’ve been simmering the bark in a vinegar solution and doing pulls with Zippo fluid. My solvent is currently looking yellowish and very oversaturated, so I’m feeling confident that I did a good job with this first extraction. Also my hands look like I've been working with coal from the dye xD Anywayss.
