I can't understand why our society have so much against beards. I find them beautiful! They are, after all, a natural part of our human body. Don't get me wrong - shave every morning and night if you'd like to, but don't pick on others who doesn't. I don't grow my beard too long myself, but I'm sure I will someday. Wonderful picture by the way! :D

I've had a freaking shrink ask (tell) me "What are you hiding from?" when I have had a goatee during my attending counselling with him 18 years ago. I'd call that a big time bias for sure. I go through phases in my life and wear a goatee & moustache... sometimes a moustache... sometimes I am clean shaven when I am ass kissing my way into another job. It pisses me off sometimes that I have to do this grovelling like behavior to do my profession of almost 30 years... It really is bullshit!

Someday soon I'll have a serious WW1-era beardstache... and if you ask everyone you see with one if they're BananaForeskin, it won't be too long before you find me...

Times have definitely changed. The beard used to be considered a badge of virility or a mark of wisdom; now it's just associated with the radical left, hippies, wacky, tenured professors, and terrorists.

don't forget lumberjacks

I personally don't understand why a reasonable man would not have a beard...It seems so neurotic to me to shave every morning when its just going to grow back. Growing hair is just something a mans face does.

I've been rockin a full beard since I was 17 years old.:p

I can understand why you all appreciate his beard so much--it suits him well...

But I don't think his HAIR STYLIST is being given proper credit here. That's an AWESOME hairdo... ;)

beards are antennae for cosmic transmissions...

...at least that's what the voices keep telling me...

L&G!!

Yeah, the #1 reason I have a beard most of the time is because on most days I'm too lazy to shave.

Yeah, same here. I just don't want to shave everyday and razors are soo damn expensive these days. I usually end up shaving about once or twice a month only because it starts really irritating me.
