selectivly removing actives from skin of rue seed

ive found another use for my centrafuge ...it will ...cleanly and forcibly remove... the actives from the outer shell of whole ....[uncrushed]...rue seed just using distilled water!
photos below..... one photo in normal light .....the other under black light...

i only ran the cetrafuge for 4 or 5 minutes...wonder if i ran it longer would it pull more selectives out?

To...Who ever keeps moving my threads ...My ideas are usually good ideas... [usually get a high reaction score].... and if i put them in the wrong thread ..ok...it was a mistake ...

but this time..... i tryed to put it in the right subject slot.......Syrian Rue/Harmalla......I thought was the correct thread!!. ...[ actives from rue]

[if not in right slot...[please explaine why its in the wrong slot?]]] usually..... there is NEVER an explanation!!... as to why its in the wrong place....

....and also there are other threads like ...[OTHER]......[and open discussion].....[where any subject should be fine! and a couple of my posts have been moved out of sight by some... phantom identity? .... this seems like unfair treatment...since no rules were broken....

Its getting so im afraid to put any idea down.... because ....[someone on the forum?].... keeps hideing my ideas..saying its in the wrong place??...


Usually without explaining....why its in the wrong place?.. this time it was ....suspiciously!.... moved in a matter of a few hours!!

.if this person.......[who isnt showing their identity].... doesnt agree with my ideas...fine!.........but..others have a right to see it? ...its like freedom of speech... as long as it does no harm

to the forum or breaks any solid rules.. they are only shared ideas..that do no harm to the forum..there needs to be some ...[freedom of speech]... in this forum...

That’s not meant as a personal attack, but it’s also not reasonable for this to keep happening, especially when feedback is met with frustration or escalation.

You posted your thread in the Science section, and that section is meant specifically for discussion of scientific papers. This thread is clearly not about a scientific paper, which is why it was moved.

The purpose of the subsection is clearly stated in the header.

Isnt extraction methods a form of science?.... My posts are all 100 percent reasonable!! ... ..because i believed i was putting them in the right place.....

its not very reasonable..... to ....[constantly]..... to keep moving my posts out of sight ....[feels like a form of harasment]..... my posts took me some effort ...and my intent was to share....

moving my posts this often!.. has NEVER happened to me by any moderator... ...even going back to 2012 when i started on the nexus....

.if i put them in the wrong place?.... [acording to your judgment] .... it was an inocent mistake...Please be nice!!......and show some patience and open mindedness ..

and you will get the same in return...

no... i still dont understand why it was moved because....[ A place for literature sharing”] ..... it sounds to me like someone is ...[sharing info on some science subject.]... and that was what i was trying to do.... share my discovery with others...

But i mostly went from the subject heading....[syrian rue...or harmalla.]... and i was extracting from rue seed...and these subjects appeared linked together....

we all see and experiance things and understand things differently....the pictures our brains paint for us of ... words or visual images.... in..... [filtered] so called baseline reality.]...looks way different to us on a dmt or salvia trip... or in dreams..

so the understanding of the words....[A place for literature sharing]..... can have a different or cloudy meaning to two or 20 different people....
so i ask you to please be patient with a misplaced post...

It's a bit like driving and seeing or not seeing instructional signs, the human brain reads the most obvious first before looking for the info it needs.
Almost no one, ever, reads everything before committing to an action.

Nice little centrifuge test though, you should try ground seed and different pH etc

whole crushed rue seeds... do contain some undesirable nastys.......and this centrafuge method .... [3000.. to... 5000 rpm spins per minute]..... forces the outer coating from the seeds............leaving a very clear/ clean of micro particles/ extraction....
.[which may be more desirable for people who dont want to take the whole seed]....this centrafuge method of harvesting... is very effective..although i admit ....
one can also just.... boil the seed... or shake the seed in a jar...booth of these by hand methods could be refined [cleaned up more]...by spinning the liquid extract in the extractor....
The high speed forcfull action of the centrafuge is very convienent way to remove the outer actives....

So thats why I don't see Grinding the seed up in the extraction TEK's then.
I've so far been grinding a small amount of seed up and making a shot glass of tea.

If you just drop a rue seed in water it will glow intensly, so it would be useful to compare fluorescence before and after the centrifuge.

Grinding is more effective in extracting the alakloids, but it makes filtering a pain becuase of the fine particles. With whole seeds it is still easy to extract the alkaloids (typical plant material boils) and the resulting tea is cleaner making filtering easier.

i think if you grind up... whole rue seed ... there are undesirables in the mix....if the ground up rue is in a liquid and placed in a centrafuge tube... the high rpm spins should throw most of the unwanted impuritys into one end of the glass tube...leaving you with a very clear extracted liquid... in this way ..its a bit more purified..the centrafuge should get rid of all of the particles medium or fine..

other choice.... is letting the particles in the liquid settel and drop to bottom of flask...but this could take a long time....to get a liquid even near the purity [as clear] as a centrafuge can produce...a centrafuge removes even the very tiny particles..... [hard for the eye to see].... very quickly....

below are pictures of whole uncrushed rue seed extractions..the spin throws every particle ..no mater how tiny into the end of tube...leaving a very clear liquid extraction..
i believe even with crushed rue seed.... after spin .... you should end up with a very clear liquid extract...and depending on the solvent you use [in photos] in my case....im only using distilled water....you will pullout the extracts that will migrate into the solvent you choose...leaving the seeds and particles behind...
