Hello, people of the earth.

I have very sensitive lungs to smoke which creates some problems. I like weed, but usually I make cookies rather than smoking, because it's just hard on my lungs. Spice - even harder, true fact.
I want to go with Changa, I believe that's the way to go for me.
But can I separate smoking changa into two parts - smoke a bowl of caapi leaf, then wait a bit for my lungs to recover and then vape some enhanced leaf or FB spice? how long smoked harmalas is active in system? would time window of 10 - 15 minutes between caapi and spice would be too long?
is this way has any downsides that I just can't think of right now?

any advice is highly appreciated, thanks

have you tried using a water bong or vapor genie? The smoke is hardly even noticeable or harsh in my experience with those methods. When done in the right way vaporizing dmt is actually way way less harsh than marijuana...

And yes, you can for sure smoke the caapi leaf before the spice. Although it'd best to smoke the dmt right after instead of waiting 15 minutes

I have been using bong with water, I'm not burning spice, I'm vaping it, and it's not harsh to inhale, I just can't hold it in, it makes me cough. that's why I'm thinking to get some caapi leaf [right not I just use enhanced mint], and do it this way..

someone i met a few years back told me he used to enjoy smoking the full spectrum elf spice with caapi mixed and he seemed more happy with this then changa.

Never tried it but maybe a mix of the caapi with the spice in a vape? Water bongs are just plain bad for your lungs... although i do only smoke em:P

I honestly do not understand what are you trying to say..
[no dissing though]
