Oh...that was supposed to be funny? This is just like clapping at Will Smith. "I'm a crazy father" as if being crazy and EVIL is something to be proud about.
Contrary to what Bill says, words aren't much different from actions in that actions are born of mental states and people show their mental states in everything they say AND do. "Bill will be let loose on the offender" is the acknowledgment that Bill behaves like an animal and that the only reason he isn't abusing his power more is cause he hasn't been 'let loose.' That's why he turns down the title of ruler; instead of banning people at one comment he has to wait for two and in his warped morality that makes him 'fair'.
As for why he states his job is "to let down the hammer" but then says "I'm
just a mod"...Did someone write wolf in sheep's clothing?
Bills type love contradictions. Also hierarchies, which is why his profile pic is the occult pyramid since they're symbols of hierarchies. Also its a simple form to grasp which is why ocultists turn to it. He probably loves black and white tile patterns too.
Bill turns any possible conversation into a 'I'll smack you' dick meassuring competition, but since he's on the web he reasons 'but all I can do is ban you.' All intelectual discussipn is to be stomped down, not to mention any unkind opinion towards him, all he can handle is flattery and empowerment and anyone who doesn't glorify him should fucking die in his book.
